Labor Day Weekend (Aug. 29 - Sept. 1, 2008):

Had beautiful weather over the Labor Day holiday and 2 evenings with a packed bon-fire circle behind the Lodge House. Lots of campers showed up.

We even hosted a wedding reception party of Michael and Britney from Petersburg, WV. They rented 10 campsites in sector III for 3 nights and even had a pig roast to celebrate their Saturday union.

Overall, great weather but lower than expected turn out perhaps due to the economy and fuel prices. Fall is on the way with sugar maples just starting to turn bright orange, yellow and red.
